data not received upon submission

Hi, I am using the Contact Form Submission Pack to create a Case Submission Form on a client's web site. I have loaded the form as an iFrame into a static HTML page. All of the data checks work, the form is styled appropriately and a "thank-you" context is displayed upon clicking the submit button. The only problem is that the submitted data does not reach the recipient email address. Note that the ISP is StartLogic using Linux/Apache server. I wonder if it could be a mail server issue?
Here is the URL to the Contact page (contact.php)

If it is forwarding to the thank you page, then the email is being passed of to the SMTP server.

the SMTP server is refusing to relay the email for some reason, you contact the host to see if they can look into the SMTP server error logs to see why the email is not being relayed.

Thanks Jason

I will contact them and see if they can check the smtp logs for me.

Thanks again!
