Super Suite Invalid Extensions

We purchased Super Suite but cannot install DataAssist2, Ecart, CSS Form Builder, Security Assist .

The extension manager responds: THE EXTENSION PACKAGE IS INVALID. THE EXTENSION WILL NOT BE INSTALLED.

After many tries, clearing appdata etc... as suggested in your installation instructions it is not possible to install.

It has also been impossible to reach you by phone. We would appreciate hearing from you ASAP as we need to complete the installation ASAP.

thanks

Sounds like the files were corrupted on download. I would download the extension again using a different web browser and that should fix the issue.
