Not Receiving Emails when using UE & Form Builder

I have used your form extension and Universal email many times any works fine, but for some reason it is not working for this latest site. I have tested the email address and all is working fine please can someone look at the code and see if there is something wrong.

Kind Regards

Are you getting to the success page that you have specified? The code on the page looks ok to me. If you are executing the server behavior then the email should be sent from the SMTP server you have specified. A good test of this would be to add in a die statement just after line 29 like this:

die("got past the email include");

This will let you know if you have gotten into the server behavior where the email is sent.
