Authorize.net New MasterCard and Discover Processing Requirements

I have received emails from Authorize.net that Master Card and Discover have new requirements and it will affect authorize.net. It mentions that changes will need to be made in my cart software (eCart) - are these changes available? If not when? Thanks.

We are aware of the situation and are looking into what changes need to be made to stay in compliance with the visa and mastercard requirements. In the meantime we don't anticipate any disruption in their ability to transact as they do currently until something is put into place. According to Authorize.net, merchants will have until June 30, 2011 to modify the code:
