dynamic number of repeat selections

Hi-
I have repeat selection rows of data to be inserted, and it all works fine if you set how many rows beforehand. But the client could have 2-20 rows, depending on the day. I would like to make one row available at first, and using ajax, as soon as they start filling it out, show the next row without refreshing (to maintain the data already filled out). If they start filling that one out, show the next and so on.

Is this possible and if so, can you help?
(I've included the working page)
Thanks in advance,
-Justin

Dynamic number of repeat selections is not supported by DataAssist.

Ok, but theoretically is it possible to change the php variable that sets the number of repeat selections using javascript? Or would a refresh be necessary anyway.
I'm trying to use .post() to an outside php page that sets a session var and other various approaches but nothing does it so far. CAN it even be done is what i'm asking.

I would guess, that yes, you could do it using jquery, but we cannot assist you in this, it is not a supported feature of DataAssist.

If it is possible, it seems like it would be an immensely useful feature. Can you please submit it as a potential addition in future releases to whomever makes those decisions?
Regardless, thanks Jason, for the prompt responses. I'll post a solution here if I ever do get it working.

sure, I will add a feature request to the bugbase, you can also post your request to the wishlist forums, the engineering team looks through the wishlist forum often to see what features are being requested.
