Fatal error: Allowed memory size of

I am getting folllowing error message when i try to add e chart display manager on page.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261900 bytes) in W:\xampp\htdocs\web\arifoglu\WA_eCart\sepet_PHP.php on line 1
To solve the problem, i increased the allowed memory size to 1024MB whitc was 128MB default in php.ini but still getting the same error message(but different values).
İ am using XAMMP 1.7.x on Windows xp home edition the PHP 5.3.0 and Apache 2.2.12 and MySQL 5.1.37
