background is converted to black

INSIGHT ON PROBLEM
When a user uploads an image with a transparent background, this image has a black background on the server.

Please send me the link to the fix for "background is converted to black" regarding Digital File Pro 2 software issue. I have Universal Email 4 (which replaced Digital File Pro 2) and can't find any link in the download center for the bug fix.

This is a Known issue.. it's not in my Universal Email 4.0 download center.

"We offer a file fix for this bug in the Download Center" says Anna R.

I have opened up a backend ticket to look into this issue further. It appears that some of the code was changed regarding the fix and there is additional changes that need to be made. To check your backend ticket, log in to your account at www.webassist.com and check your support history.
