css sculpter javascript error (load issues)

hello, im recieving a pop up error in dreamweaver cs4 everytime i open it.. this occured since i uploaded css scupltore in my adobe extension manager ( while having a copy on there already)...i was prompted to overwrite existing files with same name...i clicked yes and recieved an error message which i did not write down..it was relative to a wa file in dw...seems like some wa files which embedded with my dreamweaver files are corrupted...so far ive deleted from market place and reuploaded but still recieving this error in dw pop up box upon opening ...as follows...

while executing onload in csssculptor.html the following javascript errors occurred.....
in file "csssculptor"; load is not defined.

im hoping i dont have to uninstall reinstall my dw, not even sure that would work..hoping this i familiar to someone...thanks in advance
