New Search issue in Powerstore 3

New Search issue in Powerstore 3

Hi there. Thank you for fixing my last search issue.

I have encountered an additional search problem in PS3.
The search is bringing up random items. I have gone in and checked my clients products and she appears to have entered them in the proper categories for her store admin section.

For example, she has a category called Strollers.
If you enter a search for strollers (with an "s"), only 16 items come up.
However, if you enter a search for stroller (no "s") 97 items come up.

Also, in the 16 item search under stroller it brings up a children's toy that is not even listed in that category of strollers. I did check her entries and they are posted to appropriate categories.

the search is working correctly.

The search does not search on category, it searches the ProductSKU, ProductName, ProductCartDesc, ProductShortDesc and ProductLongDesc columns.

If the search term exist in any of those columns it will be returned in the results set.

the Wonky Wigglers item is being returned because the features list:

Ok, NOW that makes sense to me.
Just needed a logical answer for her.
Thanks again!
