What is the maximum download size?

The project I am going to be working on requires that I am able to upload large video files. What is the maximum file size that I can upload? I have access to my php.ini file and have modified the dowload sizes (both upload size and post size) to 100M and 108M, respectively. Please let me know. Thanks.

there is no maximum that is set by the Upload File server behavior, the maximum upload size is dependent on your php server settings.

The Upload File size and Post max size are only couple of pieces to the large file upload puzzle. you also need to consider max execution time and max input time.
