quick insert error

after re-installing extensions but fixing the site import problem, with newly installed and enabled extensions i am getting a quick insert.htm error - the extension has not been activated either, since that screen does not show up, but this error does.
with css sculptor. i place this thread here, because it seemed related to the installation issues i was experiencing. please move to proper area if not.
i have a snapshot of the error, see which... attached.

never mind - i got it fixed by deleting the win...dat file .
but first i made the horrendous mistake of removing the entire configuration folder, and had to go thru the process of restoring that!
