cannot insert any record

Hello,
I have purchased super suite two years ago now and I have never got dataassist nor security assist work.
I made a local test.
I search function seems to be working but when I try an insert data I keep on getting the following error message. I get this message every time I try to send record to a database.

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'undefinedboileauundefined,undefinedbrunocauet@gmail.comundefined)' at line 1

The database I am working with is made of 1 table:
Id
login
password
name
email
Thanks for any help.
Regards

Go to Window -> Server Behaviors, then double click the insert record behavior.

For each column, make sure the correct data type is set, then click OK.

Thanks Jason.
It works fine.
I was about to give up.
Many thanks for your professional help.
I might have another question with security assist.
Best regards.
