Can't get file to upload UE4

I have applied the upload file behavior following the getting started guide directions and when I submit the form I get this error:

no file found for verification.

and of course no file is sent.
Is this error coming from UE4? And why does the behavior not work?

can you send a screen shot showing the error and a copy of your page compressed into a zip archive so I can examine the code.

No File Found error

Here is a zip file containing the PHP page and a screenshot of the error. Thanks!

your forms action is set to post to a form mail pearl script:
../../cgi-bin/formmail/FormMail.pl

since the forms action posts to another page, the image upload functions will never have a change to run.

The error is being generated by the pearl script.

So will Universal Email actually process the form? I guess I misunderstood this. Do I need to worry about the form action or will UE4 automatically deal with this?

universal email or file upload will only be able to occur if the forms action is set to post to itself.

If it is posting to another page, the code on the currant page will never have an option to execute.
