CS Form Builder "WAFB_Addform"

Hello,

I can't use Insert form in CS Form Builder.

Message :
When running in the onload WAFB_Addform.html, JavaScript errors:
WAFB_Addform initilizeUI is not defined

Wa_Site Tools_Progress & WA xml editor

Thanks Jimmy for your help.

The CSS form Builder is OK now.

I have another problem when i open dreamweaver,
I have this message "Wa_xml editor.htm Is Not in Configuration / Floaters"
And the range of processing does not work in WebAssist Site Tools.
