PPECO_Username has no properties

PPECO_Username has no properties

I've been working through the sample site tutorial as first time having a go with ecard, and when using the checkout form wizard entering the payment provider account details I get the following error saying:

"While executing onMouseUp in WA eCart CheckoutWizard.htm, the following Javascript error(s) occured:

At line 349 of file 'Macintosh HD: Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:ecart:ChWizJS:Pages.js':document.WizardPage_7.document.PPECO_Username has no properties"

Any suggestions - is this a bug?

Tried restarting DW CS4, and redoing checkout wizard. Using ecart 4.5.2
