My initial installation of Powerstore worked fine but I was getting a script error when I tried to update contact details.

I therefore assumed that I may have erroneously changed something on the page. I therefore tried to delete the page from my working older and extracted the file again from the original zip and uploaded this.

This did not work so i tried deleting the whole site from the server, removing the database and then reinstalled everything.

The customer facing site loads fine. I am able to log into the admin control panel but as soon as i log in I see the following error:

Warning: require_once(WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/26/d321941801/htdocs/Admin/home.php on line 1

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5') in /homepages/26/d321941801/htdocs/Admin/home.php on line 1

As far as i can see all the files exist in the relevant directories but I'm clearly missing something.

Other admin pages seems to work ok though I've not tested every one of them.

The include should look like this:
<?php require_once( "../WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" ); ?>

Have you checked the WA_SecurityAssist directory to check if the file is there on the server?

Also, what is the permissions set for the WA_SecurityAssist and the Helper_PHP.php file if it is there?
