no preview window in sculptor

When I create a new site in sculptor I do not see the preview of it in the window.
I am using windows 7 64bit with dreamweaver cs4. Can you advise.

The preview should be available to you in this environment. One thing you should check before we go any further with this is the preview settings in the WA preferences. Go to Edit WebAssist Preferences and click on preview, make sure that you have it enabled here.

Also, do you have any other products with preview in them, if so can you see any of their previews?

No trouble at all so long as you have found the solution to the issue. It seems that you have got it working now, let us know if you have any further issues with this or if you have any questions.

no preview in CSSSculptor 3 on Mac osx 10.6

I've wasted enough time on this over the weekend and recommend others save themselves the trouble and call tech support during the week. I've tried everything advised: done a complete reinstall of Adobe Creative Suite cs4, deleted the recommended cash file, uninstalled CSSSculptor 2 before installing sculptor 3, and, yes, the webassist preference to disable preview is unchecked. All the above was done meticulously according to instructions in several related Webassist reply posts on these forums.

hi J.scott

Did you ever resolve this issue.

I'm getting the same with all my webassist products using Win 7 64bit and CS4.

I've installed the same packages into an XP Mode VM and they work fine (if a little slow)

I think I just responded to another thread where you were asking the same question about this issue. Here is a link to the other reply that I made, please give this a try to see if it resolves the issue. If not I can make sure that a ticket is opened for you.
