Can't access PG... "Lost" (?) name/password

I don't know why Laura said for me to post this on an open forum when I need a private response but anyway, maybe Jimmy (who doesn't recieve private mail, I found out) or someone else can help me... off-list please.

Name: Don Burgdorf

Type: Sales/Customer Service

Feedback: My Power Gallery login isn't working... I thought I was using my Web Assist name and password but that isn't letting me in to the program. We've been traveling and I haven't tried to access my galleries in a while. Did I use something different back then? Please remind me what name and password I used. Thanks, Ol' Don

If you cannot get into the gallery because of the login info you can check this information in your db. In the db there is a table called wa_settings. In here you should look for the admin user name and the admin password. You can check on them here or update them. This should get you into your admin area. Let us know if you have any further trouble with this.
