Universal E Mail 4

I am using the previous version of this - which can be used also for ASP sites and can pick records from Access databases as well as MYSQL

Does the new version still support ASP and Access Database recordsets ? Or am I best to stay with the older version for flexibility .

Or can they both be installed ?

Universal Email 4 does not support ASP. It will only support PHP with MySQL.

Universal Email 3 and 4 cannot be installed at the same time together.

UE 4 - PHP and ASP

UE 4 looks good but I don't want to lose the option to use UE with ASP. Could you not sell it as a separate extension i.e. not an upgrade?

if you wanted to use both UE3 and UE4, the best option is to create a new user in your OS.

Install UES4 in Dreaweaver under one user, and UE3 under the other user. You just need to change the user you are logged in as to choose which one will be available.
