Can't get Site Import Activated

I downloaded it ok and installed it. Opened Dreamweaver - File - Site Import and then entered the Serial Numbers and hit Activiate. Says I need to turn off Firewall and Virus Protection. Our technical support came to my computer and still can't get it to activate. I need to use this tool pronto. Can you activate this for me please? Also, I read about updates or additional scripts to download to make Site Import work properly. Where do I find these downloads?
