Test Mode

I have changed the code in the confirm page for test request to False and when the site is published it is loading the code back to test request TRUE.

I am live in Authorize.net and code in the document is live; however, when I the page is submitted to authorize.net payment form it changes back to test mode. I know that the error is happening in the load of the confirm.php page.

How do I fix this one?

Thank you
