Database detailed is recording in database but not the summary

Hello,

I've been trying to fix this for about 5 hours now. I am getting nowhere. I have modified the code a slight bit so I understand if you can not help me. But I was wondering if someone might have a quick peek to see if anything sticks out as something that is causing this trouble. I would like to send the code privately if possible. Thanks.

Well, it's doing it again. I'm trying it at 1:45am and it's still not recording into the detail table. I also noticed that it's not recording into the main table either if it's the same reference number. Is there a way to get around that feature? I am building a protected admin area for my client to be able to process phone and mail orders with the customers that are in the database already. I've got all the tax and shipping and discount fields work out. It's just this last bit that's causing problem. Also would it be better to put the "save in database" behaviors in my successful page rather than the same page that is authorizing payment? And probably best to put my "send receipt" in the successful page as well.

You could put the store order details and summary server behaviors on your checkout success page along with the UE if you would like. The normal flow of the confirm page after the user clicks on the button is to authorize the transaction, then upon success the store order details and summary run and finally the email is sent, then the user is redirected to the checkout success page.

It looks like you were working on this in a ticket with Jason, if you can you should update the ticket since it has your code there already.

Unfortunately I closed that ticket because it was working again and then stopped working. Can it be reopened. Also the code says if the submit button is pushed to do all those things. Is there something in the authorize.net transaction that keeps it from continuing to the add to database? If so, what does the code look like that stops it from doing that? Thanks.

I have re-opened the ticket for you. The only thing that would prevent it from triggering the other server behaviors on the page is if there is a redirect specified somewhere before the other server behaviors occur. This would make it so that you are redirected before the other server behaviors could be triggered.

I can't reply to the ticket. I see where you wrote "I have reopened the ticket"

I have updated it again, it should be editable this time. If not I will just open another for you.

No it's not letting me. Possibly because I rated the service already?

I have created a new ticket for you. If you login and visit your support history you should be able to update the new ticket with the details.
