Insert > DFP > Menu Items Grayed Out

Insert > DFP > Menu Items Grayed Out

Problem:
I built some templates with SiteAssist and am reading through the Getting Started Guide for DFP. I'm stuck at pg. 2. All menu choices from the Insert > DFP > are grayed out except Progress Bar.

Other Info:
I'm using DW4 and version 2.03 of DFP. My goal is to make a page that will allow the admin to upload many images into the database at once, then another (or same page?) to fill in other information about images.
I have Data Assist and was planning to use it to add this functionality to my site.
Database connection is OK.

Questions:
1. What type of page do I need to use? Template, .html, other.?
2. Multiple files at once is a "must have" Where can I read how to?
3. Why are menus grayed out?

The Digital File pro Menu Items will be grayed out if the page you have open in Dreamweaver is not a php page.

Make sure the page you are trying to apply digital file pro top is saved using the php extension:
pagename.php

to upload multiple files, you will need to add multiple file form field's and an upload file server behavior for each one.

I can't think of any reason why that wouldn't work. You could incorporate the bottom slice into the footer div.
