Adding extra fields to registration form

I would like to add these fields to the reg form and database:

Company Name
Website Address
Type of Business
Preferred method of Payment (Ckeck or Wire Transfer option)
Would you like to receive email promotions and updates? (Yes or No option)
Terms and Conditions (Scrolling text area)
I agree to the Terms and Conditions (Yes or No option)

Our form is here users_Registration.php

All works great as is. I don't use dreamweaver, so any assistance is very much appreciated.

Thanks, Dino

The User Registration Solution pack uses our DataAssist extension to insert the data into the database.

So you can easily add the additional input fields, however in order to update the database insert, you will need to use DataAssist which is a dreamweaver extension.

You will also need to add the additional columns to your database for each of the new field you want to add to the registration form.
