Image uploading not working

Had an admin system working great with the Digital File pro.
Upgraded to the new UE4 and nothing works.
Spending a couple of hours, trying to figure out why its not working but cant find out.
Doing the same things as I was doing with the Digital File Pro.
I was about to finish with my admin system and now I m lost trying to find what can possibly go wrong.

I did uninstall everything before installing UE4.

I dont get any errors. It's just not working (uploading images or passing filename to db)

Not firing the event

I think the problem is that its not excecuting the event. Not listening to the page submit.

I ve just deleted the existing file fields in the form and created new ones.
That was it!!!!!!
So many hours looking at the code and it was just a delete file fields and create new ones issue.

Probably your form was missing the enctype="multipart/form-data" and dreamweaver added it when you recreated your file fields.
