Simple Vertical Menu - removing right arrows when there are no sub-menus present

Simple Vertical Menu - removing right arrows when there are no sub-menus present

I am using the Simple Vertical menu in Granite Pine and am trying to figure out a way to remove the right arrows when there are no sub-menus.

Like this example: pipes.htm

The right arrows only show when there is content to be displayed. How can I achieve this with CSS Menu Writer?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, the design just has arrows as part of the image. There isn't a way to display a different image if there are submenus from the one that doesn't have submenus, unless you modify the code after the menu is generated to reference a different image.

Do you think you'll ever be adding this feature - like the Project Seven menus, where the current menu is "marked" if there are sub-menus to that menu?

It may be added in the future. The best way to suggest something like this is to post in the Wishlist forum asking for it.
