HTML editor upload image error

With the HTML editor I can send images to the server, I get the message that the file is uploaded correctly. But in the next screen the image is not shown and when I try to browser for the file i get the following error :

=================error code==============================
There are errors in your configuration or server. If the messages below describe missing variables, please check the supplied configuration.php.dist for notes on their usage.

* KFM does not work if you have safe_mode enabled. This is not a bug - please see PHP.net's safe_mode page for details
=====================================================

The strange thing is that I use the same technice on the same hosting server and then there is no problem. Can someone please tell me how to solve this strange problem.

Awaiting your answer soon,

with regards

As a temporary work around, try using the Regular images upload, not the advanced images upload and see if you get the same error message.
