MX2004 and eCart 4

Thread began 3/15/2010 5:10 pm by tchristiansen5300694 | Last modified 3/15/2010 6:24 pm by Jason Byrnes | 611 views | 1 replies |

MX2004 and eCart 4

I am using MX2004 (ancient, I know) and downloaded eCart 4.0.2 several years ago. I have recently replaced my computer and now the latest download available will not work with my version of Dreamweaver. Customer support told me that eCart 4 was never compatible with MX2004, but I had it installed and running. I know the best way to use this would be just to purchase a version of Studio 8 or CS#, but was wondering if anyone is/was using MX2004 and had the same issue. I also would like to know if there is a way to download the previous version of eCart.

eCart was not compatibel with MX2004 when it was first released. This does not necessarily mean you may not have been able to get it to work, just that we never did any testing on it.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
