Old tecnical support ticket system back

Wish the old ticket system was back im going crazy here waiting on the forums for a response i call to the webassist phone number and select tecnical support and i get a computer msg saying i have to do it only here but been over 30 hours waiting on the forums to have my problem checked, with the old system support was faster!!!

We still have the older ticket system active, we just open tickets differently now. You would first post to the forum here then if a ticket is needed one can be opened. The same support personnel are responding to both systems so the level of support will be the same. We normally open tickets when private information needs to be exchanged.
