Error message

I have got this error message and do not understand it.

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/alamatic/Q7FT7IOY/htdocs/CMS/Connections/localhost.php:12) in /home/alamatic/Q7FT7IOY/htdocs/CMS/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 5

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/alamatic/Q7FT7IOY/htdocs/CMS/Connections/localhost.php:12) in /home/alamatic/Q7FT7IOY/htdocs/CMS/admin/contents_delete.php on line 77

The whole package appears to not be working properly as I no longer get a message advising me to place code at the top of the code page and where, in the body, I wish the text to appear.

Any ideas what I have done wrong?

this errors occurs if there is any output to the page, before the session_start() or header function is used.

See the following page for details:

from the text of the error:
output started at /home/alamatic/Q7FT7IOY/htdocs/CMS/Connections/localhost.php:12

look at line 11 and 12 of the Connections/localhost.php file for a blank line or space after the ?> tag
