email body not including form information

I am sure this is a really basic one, but I have set up a form, from the css builder, set up the email from the universal email, and when I press submit it sends an email to my account. It does not include though the information from the form in the body of the email. I am not sure what I am meant to put in the body section of the universal email wizard to link it ?

Also can you run the wizard again on a page already set up, or do you need to do a complete insert again ?

Go to window -> Server Behaviors.

In the list of Serve Behaviors, double click the Universal Email serve behavior to edit it.

On the Body tab, click the DW Edit button.

In the Dreamweaver Page that opens, you can design the body of your email. Enter any static text you would like to appear in the email.

to output the form information, go to the Bindings tab (Window -> Bindings) Expand the form collection, and drag each of the form dynamic data bindings to the email message where you would the form output to display.
