Error: While Executing timer in WA_iRite_Preset.html a Javascript error occurred

I installed HTML Editor a few days ago, then added it to a PHP page.

Everything was fine, till I re-opened a the PHP page.

Now, when I access the Webassist HTML Editor and click to customise an 'Editor preset' I receive this error: "While Executing timer in WA_iRite_Preset.html a Javascript error occurred"

I've tried deleting the dreamweaver configuratiuon folder to reset the prefs and have re-installed the webassist software. ...still the same error

Can anyone advise please.

Running Dreamweaver CS4 on Windows 7 Ultimate.

You mentioned deleting the configuration folder and having the same issue, have you tried deleting just the cache file to see if that resolves the problem? Here is a link to the steps needed for this:

If you have done this already or it does not resolve the problem let us know and we can get a ticket opened for you on this issue.
