Preview does not display in CSS Sculptor, Theme-it, SiteAssist Pro

Preview does not display in CSS Sculptor, Theme-it, SiteAssist Pro etc.

I am running CS4 in Windows 7-64bit Ultimate.

I have deleted WinFileCache.dat, reset my workspace and even completely uninstalled Norton Internet Security but nothing has worked.

Have also uninstalled & reinstalled every WebAssist Extension owned.

Any help appreciated.

Check to make sure the preview is not disabled:

Go to Edit -> WebAssist Preferences In the Preview Section, make sure the Disabel Preview option is not checked then click the OK button.

If the problem still persists, click the preview window in the extension, this should open a full size preview in your web browser, please let us know whether the full size preview opens or not.

also copy the adress that is in the browsers address bar to your reply for our information.

Preview was enabled so sorry I didn't mention that.

Yes, preview in browser does work but that is obviously a complete pain working that way.

When openning in a browser the link/address shows as:-

file:///C:/Users/Kym%20Harper/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Dreamweaver%20CS4/en_US/Configuration/Shared/WebAssist/Preview/wa_managetheme_mc.html

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
