Dynamic data does not show up

I created a form and placed all the php code. When I Insert the UniversalEmail I get through each tab without problems. I go to the the final tab, Body, I select DW Edit and that opens up a new window. On that window I see an area call emailbody, copy my form into it. Delete all the text fields buttons and all extraneous information, leaving just the text info for each line. When I go to the Bindings tab the information I need to Bind or Insert is not there. I have a test form and it works perfectly all the way through and sends me the proper e-mail. When I did this with my test form the information was just there. Once I realized the binding information was not there I went to the Server Behavior tab and selected Dynamic Data. When dynamic Text panel opened it just showed the server variables.

If your bindings are not showing you can get the bindings by clicking the + button in the bindings panel and select Form Data, and then select the page that have the form on it.

This will add the bindings of your form.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Still doesn't show up. Everything was working fine. I lost the Universal mail (1) in my server behavior. I went to Insert/WebAssist/UniversalEmail and inserted it. The Dialogue box came up and I filled in the proper tabs. Got to body, clicked on DWedit. I then created part of the form. Went to Bindings tab, "+" and selected "Form Data". Selected the form, quote.php and hit OK. Nothing. What can I do now?

Could you please send me the page that have the form and the Universal Email folder in a zip so i can look into it.

Usually this is an issue if the form is posting to a different page and the universal email is on the page that have the form on it.
