Charset in CSS Menu Writer

Hi.
How do I change the charset in the CSS menu writer. I am using Norwegian as the language, but the letters ø, æ and å are not able to show.

Where can edit this?

Are you talking about the dialog box or actually on the site? On the site, the include file for menu.php actualy doesn't include a charset declaration meaning it would inherit the charset from the page it was included on.

Warmest regards,

Brian

Ok.

I thought so to, but it seems that the charset is not inhereted because I get the Norwegian charset on the page but not in the Menu. Problem solved: I just moved the code from the menu.asp page into the paged it was origined for.

The menu.asp page contains the following at line 1:
<%@LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" CODEPAGE="65001"%>

the CODEPAGE Attribute tells the ASP translator what character set to use. 65001 is the UTF-8 character set.
