Using DataAssist, PowerStore300 and HTML Editor

When using HTML Editor inside a DataAssist generated pages, every time I have to re-copy the powergallery source code into the html update page box. If code is not re-entered inside the update html box, then the powergallery will not display it on details page.

field_report_update.php
field_report_details.php

I was not able to see thin with the links you provided. If you are making an update and the code is there in the editor then it should not need to be added again. Please post back with some more details and the steps you are taking with the results you are getting. Some screen shots might help as well if you cannot post links to the specific pages.

It looks like on your update form you do not have the values already in the db bound to the corresponding form elements. To fix this you need to make sure that you have a recordset on the page that is being filtered by the records id.

Once the recordset is on the page you need to select the form element, then go to the bindings tab and expand the entry for your recordset. In here select the column that corresponds to the form field then click the bind button.

Once you have bound the default values to the form fields it should then retain whatever values you have for that record.
