Syntax Error - Update Error

[Please disregard this post - It is in the wrong forum - Cannot delete- Reposting to DataAssist forum]

I have 2 error occurances:

1. In the attached "pivisitors_Multi_Insert.php" file the following error is displayed upon Submit:
"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1"

I have checked (), but can't seem to find the error.

2. In the attached "pivisitors_Update.php" form, the update entered is updating all entries in the table. (i.e. If "John" is entered in the "First Name" field, all First Names in the table change to "John"). The same happens for all fields except the email field.

Thanks for your assistance.
