Issues on Using the CSS Form Builder

I finally got the hang of customizing the CSS Form Builder to match my Website and but when I want to post it on the page I get this error message:

"While executing onClick in WAFB_AddForm.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:

At line 3371 of file "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\FormBuilder\shared.js":MM.WA_createProcessingObject is not a function "

I thought at first this message only comes up when trying to use my custom form, I used the deafult one that comes with the builder and I still continue to get the error message. Does this mean that The CCS Formbuilder that I have on my computer is currupt? Is is something that can be fixed?

Another question that I have is that Should I only place the form only on a PHP page or can I do it on a HTML page.

I'm using Windows Vista, and Dreamweaver CS4 if this info helps anyone

I Attached a picture on the Message as well.

Hopefully someone will help me out

The Javascript errors you will encounter while using dreamweaver extensions is typically due to a dreamweaver cache problem.

See here on how to fix it: 146/

Also, in the future; please post questions in the correct thread as it will make the response time not only faster but you get the right people looking at the question. This should be in the CSS Form Builder thread rather than the Announcements thread.

Best regards,

Brian
