Adobe Extension Manager Alert Box

I started to download my Extensions (I have Super Suite). After I installed Site Import 3 Extension, I downloaded CSS Sculptor 3. When I try to install it, I am getting Adobe Extension Manager Alert Box shows that a "newer copy of the file...[file path: Library:Application Support: Adobe: Dreamweaver CS4:en_US:configuration:Commands:WAMemento_onOpen.htm] already exists. Do you want to replace it."
Should I replace it (Yes to all option)?
Are other Extensions would work fine when I replace it?

Definitely click "yes to all" or it may not install correctly. This will not hurt the rest of your extensions.
