Security in CSS Form Builder

Friends, I am experiencing a problem, on a website I made, I used the CSS form builder and everything works fine. But the point is that somehow someone has violated the same security (captcha) and inserts post illegally. Here are two screen shots sending one with what these people write and the other with the form used as a sample. What can I do to prevent such attacks?

you could add Restrict content Validation to the review field to restrict words such as cialis or viagra.

In the server behaviors anel, double click the Server Validations server behavior. From the validations type list select restrict content. Click the Lightning bolt next to server variable and select the reviews form element. Then click the plus button to add it to the list of validations. this will bring up a window where you can add content to restrict. Add any words you dont want to allow people to post such as Viagra.
