Linkpoint HELP PLEASE - config file error message

Ok I have been troubleshooting linkpoint for 2 days now. i cant find any documentation - not even on thier own site.

I solved one issue (year has to be subbmited in format of 2 not 4 - ie 11 not 2011).

but now i get this:
SGS-020005: Error (Merchant config file is missing, empty or cannot be read).

from what i have come up with so far - this might be something to do with the staging server? (guessing from this info sgs_errors.php#20003)
Am i supposed to have knowledge of which server its supposed to be staged on?

And is there anything I need to do to make this not in testing mode, ie live?
when I have setup carts for auth.net accounts i have had to change them from testing to live.

My client is really nagging me to get this up asap - any help from anyone who knows anything would be sooo appreciated.

Well I am a bit disappointed I didnt get any answer all day today.

BUT - I did find a solution to this.
I removed that staging.linkpt.net url from the code and changed it to secure.linkpt.net

i guess to use the staging server you have to request a test account.
but - to use a real account you have to use the live server which the secure.linkpt.net
