coupondelete table corrupt - mysql shutting down

db296325480.ps3_coupondelete repair Error 'db296325480.ps3_coupondelete' is not BASE TABLE db296325480.ps3_coupondelete repair error Corrupt

I moved everything over to PS3 from PS2. I noticed things were really slow in searches, and the mysql server kept giving me errors like "Server shutdown in progress
" or "MySQL server has gone away"

I conducted a check on the tables and coupondelete came back corrupted. tried repairing it with no luck. tried deleting it and running the sql on phpmyadmin to recreate it, but it wont let me delete it.

i try to create coupons and the back-end tells (admin/coupon_results.php) me the coupon is there, but on the admin/home.php the coupons list is blank (clicking on coupons tab shows two coupons active)

what should be my next step?

So you are trying to remove then recreate the VIEW? If so, you would use slightly different syntax to remove it - DROP VIEW ps3_coupondelete - then you can re-run the CREATE VIEW line.
