Looks like 2 bugs

Wizard created pages have triggers that don't work
had to manually change them to see the submit/checkout button

had to reinstall Universal Email

the pages created by the checkout wizard use the Currant Page Submit trigger. Some hosts will disable the $_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"] variable which cause the currant page submit trigger not to function, if this is the case the triggers will need to be updated to use the Submit or checkout button instead.

We feel the currant page submit trigger is more secure, but it relies on the host enabling the $_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"] variable.

Thats sounds sensible

is it documented?

we have a tech note here:
triggers.pdf

that documents the available triggers.

thanks

but is this documented in the cart literature?
Its certainly something I would not have looked for if I were not told about it

all of our extensions use the same triggers. The technote I linked to is shared throughout the entire line of software, rather than document the triggers in each piece of software, we have one central document.

If a user had no other extension other than ecart - how would they know what was wrong? - it needs to go in the ecart documentation or reference needs to be made to it there - so users are aware of potential issues as they progress through documentation.
