DW freezes up when DA generates pages

I am working with DW CS3

I have two tables that are related:

Author tbl
authorID INT PRIMARY
authorName VARCHAR
authorTitle VARCHAR

&
Video tbl
videoID INT PRIMARY
videoName VARCHAR
videoFile VARCHAR
videoAuthid INT (FOR. KEY)

While going through the steps of generating the Results, Detail, Insert, Update pages, on the Insert and Update pages, I select the Form option videoAuthid (FK) from the Video tbl as a 'Menu' and hit the lightening bolt to select the authorID for the Value and authorName for 'Display' from the Author tbl.

Once I have gone through all 9 steps in DA and then hit 'Finish', it generates the Results & Detail pages with no problem. As soon as it tries to generate the Update page, DW hangs up/freezes everytime. I have tried this four times and same problem

DISREGARD Everyone! I found another thread here deep in this Forum that worked by deleting the winFileCache#####.dat file which seemed to cure the problem.
