Discount based on item and item quantity

I followed your directions and modified the trigger to reflect the coupon code recipe, as well as update the calculations per your recommendation.

However, the cart is only applying the discount to only one item (in this case, item 3). It appears that however the "totalprice" is being defined, the cart is only recognizing the total price for one item and not the total price of the item times the total quantity of the item.

For example, if I am shopper and I wanted to purchase 4 of the item 3's using the coupon code, I would want to have the coupon code apply a discount on the total of all 4 of the item 3's.

How do I get the cart to recognize the quantity field or the total number of items (item 3) there are. Do I need to add this event as another trigger? - please see previous pdf attachment outlining my previous setup. I made an attempt to add a trigger to recognize the quantity, but this did not work.
