Same form on 3 pages, but different subject line

Same form on 3 pages, but different subject line

Hi,
I have created the same form on 3 landing pages, but each one is a different subject content and needs to have the email subject line reflecting the subject of the page. So do I make copies of the WA global file and add to the file name _2 and _3 for instance or is it better to have 3 separate directories with all the files for each page?

Thanks,
Diana
