Image-File Upload in Directory and File-Name Store in DB

Hi:

I would please like to get assistance from WebAssist Technical Support.

I'm using Dreamweaver CS5. I very recently got DataAssist and Universal Email for the SPECIFIC purpose of creating a field in a Webpage that may allow my end users to upload their image files as part of their profiles. These image files would then have to be available for displaying by other end users.

I already have the Webpage-DB in question working perfectly well, except for the file-upload field.

I understand that image files cannot be store in a Php DB and that I need to store ONLY the name (reference) of the image file in the DB and then store the imagefile itself in a separate directory. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I already have DataAssist and UE installed in my Dreamweaver CS5.

Note: I wouldn't like to be forced to re-design my Webpage using DataAssist. All I need is to include a field in my existing Webpage that would allow my end users to upload their photos.
