Help! Need to have this in a page by tomorrow!

Hello again--

Well, that deadline passed, but still I want to resolve this. I am using WinXP, DW CS3, and the errors occur after I initially enter the destination address (editing my page locally) and click to move on from the first screen--the error message pops up with every button click from then on, and the address I entered on the first screen is replaced by some other random address data, data which I have not entered. Note that the first time I used Pro Maps it worked just fine. Any suggestions would be helpful. No idea how to fix this --
