Transfer settings to another computer

Hmm.. I already posted this but apparently it did not post. Forgive if I do not see the duplicate.

Using the most recent CSS Menu Writer and DW CS5 and Windows 7. I created a navigation menu using my old computer. Recently setup dreamweaver and Webassist extentions on new computer. When attempting to alter my nav menu, I do not see my Contents (the name I saved my custom menu too) Is there a way I can retrieve this from the old computer?
