PS 4.5 Order Update Form

PS 4.5 Order Update Form

I have updated to PS 4.5 and after some minor tweaks it is up and running.

The problem I am now having is once an Order has been placed and I go into
the Order Form to update it after shipping, I notice the Tax and Shipping fees are not listed in the Order Form for the Customer.

In addition, after adding the Tracking Number, I am not able to add the URL Tracking
Address in the text box provided.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
